This Privacy Policy explains how StaysFix (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit staysfix.com or contact us about our property maintenance services.

Who is responsible for your data

StaysFix is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about any privacy matter at [email protected].

What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, typically when you request a quote or contact us:

• your name and, where relevant, your business name;
• your email address and WhatsApp or phone number;
• details about your property (type, city) and the service you need;
• the description of the problem, preferred dates, and any photos or videos you send us.

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels. Photographs are loaded from Unsplash’s image servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when you view a page (see our Cookie Policy).

How the quote and contact forms work

When you submit a form on this website, your browser prepares a message containing the details you entered and opens WhatsApp (or your email application, if you choose that option). Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp or your email application. If an online form service is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to name it.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation;
• plan, carry out and follow up on the work you approve;
• keep a record of our communication and of work carried out at your property.

We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our services.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. When work is carried out by a specialist we coordinate, we share only the information they need to do the job (for example, the property location, the problem description and a contact person). We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by applicable accounting or legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority, the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
